"Back in 2007 I realized a need to have employees and payroll in my small business. I also had a need for a line of credit from the bank in order to grow my business at a faster pace. So I took matters into my own hands and became incorporated. Wow, I had no idea what I had just done to myself. All of a sudden I was drowning in phone calls and paperwork. I was getting calls from the Workforce Commission, the Comptroller’s office and the IRS to name a few. There were all of these new forms to be completed and returned in a timely manner. I was racing to get these things done to avoid penalties. And much of it I did not understand. I was so buried in paperwork that I had little time to actually focus on the business. In stepped Yvonne. I was explaining to her all of my new problems and she just chuckled. I would try to tell her about a form I needed to complete and she says “Oh that’s a WJ094-B” or something like that. In a calm and “matter-of-fact” sort of way she took over and set up the payroll, she handled the taxes, she completed ALL of the necessary business forms. She managed the expenses, handled the invoices and basically took care of all of the daily business needs. Very quickly things were organized and I no longer had to concern myself with those things that I really still do not fully understand.
