Keep track of all expenses and create invoices using QuickBooks.  At the end of the year - I will provide a backup copy to you or your CPA for your taxes!

Electronic filing of all of your documents provided to me.  At year end, you will be provided with your original paperwork in a file organizer and also receive a flash drive with a summary of all of your receipts that you can provide to your CPA for your taxes! 

Need help starting up your business?  Assistance provided for setting up your DBA, LLC or Incorporation paperwork in the county and the State of Texas.  Obtaining your EIN, your sales tax permit, your worker's compensation account and your franchise account. 

Have a new office and nothing inside?  I can help with the shopping of furniture, set-up of services for copiers, water, housekeeping, office supplies, etc.
