My name is Yvonne Landry, owner of Paperwork Services in Fort Bend. I have over 25 years experience in the “back office” environment.

Need help with a special project? Starting a new business, bookkeeping, office set-up, furniture shopping, organizing your receipts for year-end?

Having the pleasure of working in many different industries such as, finance, insurance, remodeling, floor installation, and oil & gas has provided me with an insight of what makes a company or individual successful!  Organization!

Manage all expenses and create invoices using QuickBooks. At year-end, provide a backup copy to you or your CPA for tax purposes.

Electronically file all documents and provide original paperwork in a file organizer. Supply a flash drive with a summary of receipts for your CPA at year-end.

Assist with setting up your DBA, LLC, or Incorporation paperwork in Texas, including obtaining EIN, sales tax permit, worker’s compensation, and franchise accounts.

Help furnish and set up new offices, including arranging services for copiers, water, housekeeping, and office supplies.

Coordinate conference or trade show needs, including rental space, A/V, hotel registrations, and more.
